   ㆍ채용인원 : 1명 (IT Support Specialist)

   ㆍ근무지역 : 삼성엔지니어링 미국법인 (텍사스주 휴스턴)

   ㆍ근무형태 : 정규직 Full-time, 9/80 schedule(2주에 80시간 근무, 격주 금요일 휴무)

       * 반드시 미국에서 합법적으로 근로가능해야 합니다(비자 스폰서 불가)

 

PAYMENT AND BENEFITS

   ㆍPAYMENT : $48,000 ~ 65,000

   ㆍBENEFITS : Full-time, paid benefits: health/dental/vision/life/LTD/STD, 401K, paid vacation, paid holidays, flexible work schedule, paid covered parking

 

SUMMARY

   ㆍIT Support Specialist provide technical assistance, support, and advice to individuals and organizations that depend on information technology. The position provides hardware, network and software support to employees including but not limited to answering basic questions about IT system use. Tasks also include troubleshooting problems such as logging onto computer systems or software, printing malfunctions, or routine error messages. In some cases, this position will research appropriate solutions to solve problems. If standard techniques do not resolve the situation, this position will seek assistance from the appropriate technical professional.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

   ㆍ Install software, hardware, and provide technical support to maintain the integrity of the company computers, software, and telecommunications systems.

   ㆍDetermine how to push software out to end-users and troubleshoot computer and network systems.

   ㆍProvides first and second level help desk support.

   ㆍUpgrades software and hardware.

   ㆍCorrects network malfunctions, printer, and connectivity problems.

   ㆍWindows Server and Active Directory operation and maintenance.

   ㆍMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

 

QUALIICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

   ㆍGeneral knowledge of computers.

   ㆍGeneral knowledge of related information technology devices.

   ㆍGeneral knowledge of software packages utilized.

   ㆍAbility to communicate with users to determine the nature of problems.

   ㆍAbility to communicate effectively with users who may not be adept in clarifying problem situations.

   ㆍAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

   ㆍAbility to solve independently most minor problems.

   ㆍBachelor's degree in computer science or information systems with over two years practical experienced, or Associate's degree in computer science or information systems with three years practical experienced.

   ㆍSpecific knowledge of the Microsoft software (Microsoft Office, Windows XP/7, Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory), hardware and network supported

   ㆍProven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

   ㆍNetapp or VMware administration experiences is a plus

   ㆍComTIA A+/Network+/CCNA, and/or Microsoft MTA/MCSE/MCSA/MCITP/MCTS are preferred.
