RECEPTIONIST/ BACK OFFICE

We are a private optometrist’s office looking for a friendly, energetic, and trustworthy bilingual (Korean/English) candidate to fill the receptionist/back office position.

Duties include answering multi-line phones, checking in/out patients, filing, pretesting, and sales. Office, sales and/or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will provide training to the right person.

Qualifications include: HS diploma/GED or higher, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, punctuality, positive attitude, ability to work with all types of people and learn new skills quickly.

***PROFICIENCY (Reading, writing, speaking) IN KOREAN AND ENGLISH IS A MUST.***

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM
