NOW HIRING: SERVERS @ INSSA KOREAN GASTROPUB (PDX)

We’re looking for friendly, high-energy individuals to join the front-of-house team at Inssa Korean Gastropub, a newly opened, trend-forward Korean fusion restaurant in PDX

Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented. Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required — if you’re eager to learn and grow with us, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements:

English proficiency (required)
Korean or Chinese language skills (preferred)
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ years old
Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a positive, professional attitude
Take orders and answer questions about menu items
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
Clear tables, reset, and maintain a clean dining area
Communicate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
Contribute to the overall vibe and guest experience at Inssa
